(“Omsan Lojistik”) in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Communiqué (“Communiqué”) on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in the Fulfillment of the Clarification Obligation.
Your Personal Data Processed, Methods of Collection and Legal Reasons
Name and surname from the identity information; phone number, e-mail address, company name and fax from the contact information and detailed information about the complaint / notification you have shared with Omsan Lojistik by filling out the Service Request Form given at the address of https://www.omsan.com/en/service-request-form/ are processed automatically based on the legal reason specified in the article 5th of the Law: “mandatory data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that controller does not damage the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.”
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data set out above is processed on a limited basis for the purposes of conducting communication activities, execution/supervision of business activities, execution of logistics activities, execution of sales processes of goods/services, follow-up of requests and complaints, providing information to authorized person, institutions and organizations upon request carrying out activities to be used in legal disputes and to ensure business continuity.

Methods of Application for Your Rights
If you wish to submit applications and requests related to your personal data, you can use the Contact Person Application Form to send to Omsan Lojistik A.Ş.;
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applying to the Data Controller it is mandatory to specify name, surname, signature, identity number if the application is in written form written, (passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), address of the place of residence or address of work based on the notification, e-mail address based on the notification, telephone number and fax number, if any, and information on the subject of the request in application of data subjects.
The data subject must clearly state the requested issue in the application, which contains explanations about the right that he will exercise among above-mentioned rights and that he wants to use. Information and documents related to the application must be attached to the application.
Although the subject of the request must be related to the applicant’s person, if it is being acted on behalf of someone else, the applicant must be specially authorized in this regard and this authority must be certified (power of attorney). In addition, the application must contain identification and address information, and authenticating documents must be attached to the application.
Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of someone else will not be evaluated.
Answering Your Applications
Your claims regarding your personal data will be evaluated and answered no later than 30 days from the date it reaches us. If your application is evaluated negatively, the reasons for the reasoned refusal will be sent to you by e-mail or postal mail to the address specified in the application, if possible, through the procedure in which the request was made.
