The End-of-Production Quality Control System is a quality control and verification system that provides detailed control of the completed vehicles at the end of the assembly line on behalf of the customer and tests the effectiveness of the control mechanisms by using defective parts personally. In a high complexity environment where three different models cross the line at the same time, the harmony of these two mechanisms is the greatest proof of operational maturity.

OMSAN’s long-term “zero defect” performance in its operations with Renault was also appreciated by Renault management. The officials thanked OMSAN for this critical contribution to production continuity and emphasised the impact of discipline in the field on productivity. OMSAN positions this success not as a temporary result, but as a permanent standard in line with its 2026 targets.
Ergun Arıburnu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OMSAN, summarised the process as follows:
