Within the scope of the cooperation protocol signed with ARCA Savunma A.Ş., OMSAN Lojistik undertook ARCA Savunma’s national and international maritime transport and port operations.

OMSAN Lojistik A.Ş., an OYAK company, and ARCA Savuma Sanayi A.Ş. signed a “Logistics Service Cooperation Protocol” covering maritime transport and port operations.

The signing ceremony was held at SAHA EXPO 2026. OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş and OYAK Chairman Zekai Aksakallı also attended the ceremony.

The protocol was signed by Ergun Arıburnu, Chairman of the Board of Directors on behalf of OMSAN Lojistik, and İlknur Dutak Pamir, General Manager on behalf of ARCA Savunma.

Within the scope of the protocol, OMSAN Lojistik will organise all national and international maritime transportation, chartering and port operations that ARCA Savunma will need for its activities.

It was stated that the services will be carried out in accordance with the defence industry standards, with priority and at a high level of safety.
