Within the scope of the cooperation protocol signed with ARCA Defense, OMSAN Logistics undertook ARCA Defense’s national and international maritime transport and port operations.

OMSAN Logistics, an OYAK company, and ARCA Defense Industry signed a “Logistics Service Cooperation Protocol” covering maritime transport and port operations.

The signing ceremony was held at SAHA EXPO 2026. OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş and OYAK Chairman Zekai Aksakallı also attended the ceremony.

The protocol was signed by Ergun Arıburnu, Chairman of the Board of Directors on behalf of OMSAN Logistics, and İlknur Dutak Pamir, General Manager on behalf of ARCA Defense.

Within the scope of the protocol, OMSAN Logistics will organise all national and international maritime transportation, chartering and port operations that ARCA Defense will need for its activities.

It was stated that the services will be carried out in accordance with the defence industry standards, with priority and at a high level of safety.
