Green Logistics Certificate Remained Valid

Having adopted the strategic goal of growing not only in Turkiye but also abroad in the new period, OMSAN Lojistik has once again demonstrated its commitment to sustainable transport and environmental responsibility by maintaining its Green Logistics Certificate.

Developing its logistics activities with environmental responsibility in line with OYAK’s sustainability vision, OMSAN Lojistik continued to maintain the validity of its Green Logistics Certificate. As a result of the periodic inspection carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, it was assessed that the company’s activities within the scope of the certificate continue to meet the regulatory criteria.

The validity of the Green Logistics Certificate issued to OMSAN Lojistik within the scope of the Combined Transport Regulation, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 27 May 2022 and numbered 31848, was confirmed as a result of the latest examinations. The evaluation process, which was carried out in line with the annual reports submitted by the company, evidentiary documents on transport operations and sustainability practices, was concluded positively.

OMSAN Lojistik strengthened its environmentally friendly transport practices in line with its lower carbon emission target with 207 combined transport operations carried out throughout 2025. Green packaging solutions used in warehouse operations, Zero Waste certificates, the environmental management system implemented, and sapling donation certificates were among the important elements of the company’s sustainability approach.

OMSAN aims to increase its sustainable transport activities in 2026 in order to maintain the validity of its Green Logistics Certificate. In this context, at least 200 combined transport operations are planned to be carried out.

Commenting on the subject, OMSAN Lojistik General Manager Ahmet Tansık emphasised that sustainability is one of the key elements of the company’s strategy. Mr. Tansık said: “The logistics sector not only produces economic value, but also bears environmental responsibility. In line with OYAK’s vision of sustainable growth, we develop our operations with environmentally friendly, efficient and innovative practices. 207 combined transport operations we carried out in 2025, the green packaging practices we have implemented in our warehouses, our zero-waste approach and our environmental management system studies are concrete indicators of this approach. The continued validity of our Green Logistics Certificate is a strong confirmation of our determination in this field.”
